Can I arm and disarm my alarm from my phone?
Yes, on compatible systems. Ajax, Hikvision, Dahua and selected Hills, Bosch and Ness options can connect to a mobile app, so you can arm, disarm, check events and receive notifications from anywhere with an internet connection. We set up the app and show you how to use it.
Can you upgrade my existing alarm using the old cabling?
In many cases, yes. If the existing alarm cabling is in good condition, we can often reuse it and the existing sensor positions with a new panel and keypad, which keeps the upgrade quicker and tidier. We check the cabling on site before we quote.
Will my pets set off the alarm?
